Thanks for tuning into I-News today, keeping you connected to campus, community and current events. I’m Brittany Sessions.

In local news, the body of Grant Moedl of Rexburg was found today.

Grant Moedl has been missing since March 2nd, 2011 when his family reported that he never made it to a meeting in Boise.  His car was found with his body inside in the mountain home reservoir.

The Elmore County Sheriff’s Office and the Rexburg Police Department are investigating the incident.

Our reporter Nate Sitton went to the collegiate dance competition this past week.  Let’s go over to him now.

Nate Sitton goes behind the scenes of the Dance Collegiate Showcase that took place in the Kirkham Auditorium over the weekend. Let’s take a closer look…

Chris Walker, one of the dance instructors, says how being involved with Dance Collegiate is interesting and fun, “[I] get to choreograph different pieces… and direct a cole others.”

“My favorite part is getting to know the dancers… and getting to see [them] progress,” explains Shanae Lewis, a second dance instructor.

Denise Valladolid, one of the dancers says that her “favorite dance is the Batman Hip Hop routine… it just takes everything out of you and it’s so fun.”

“Were ser excited, we’ve been working really hard and we can’t wait to perform” says Nina Williams, one of the lead dancers.
