Reckless drivers cause problems for school busses

This past month the Madison County School District bus drivers discussed the safety issue of drivers running the “stop line” in their monthly safety meeting.

According to Idaho Statute 49-1422, drivers on either side of the road are not permitted to pass a bus when it’s red flashing lights are on.

Failing to due so will result in a fine an amount of no $100 and no more than $500.
