Two construction workers injured at NorthPoint building site

Two male workers were injured at the NorthPoint apartments construction site on the corner of W. 2nd East and S. 1st West.

Dispatch received a call at 9:33 am to the construction site.

The accident involved a crane and a steel beam.

Both of the injured were taken to the hospital by road ambulance. One of the injured was taken to Madison General Hospital and the other was taken to Idaho Falls, according to Captain Randy Lewis of the Rexburg police.

No other information is available at this time.
